How does it work?

• At the initial set up, the client will be asked for their PIN code expensive Hardware required on site
• The service owner is then asked to record their audio content and press ‘#’ when complete.
• Once this has been confirmed, any callers to the client’s number will receive the recorded message.
• To change the audio, the client calls XXX, and follow the menu instructions.
• The recorded message always starts at the beginning each time a customer rings the dedicated number.
