Time plans can be used to route calls to different locations based on the time of day or day of the week. For example calls during the business day can be routed to one location whilst calls out of hours can be routed to another. Up to 10 time periods can be defined, each can have a separate destination number.
Call routing is dependent upon a pre-defined day plan that determines the translation number to be used. This is useful in applications such as competition lines etc, where services need to operate only between certain dates.
Service is configured with a primary and secondary translation. Should the first number be engaged or the call be unanswered for 15sec (5rings) then the call is automatically diverted to the second destination.
Calls to the non-geographic number can be distributed across a number of pre-defined destinations on a call ratio basis e.g. 2 calls to 1st destination, 3 to the next and so on. Ratios are expressed as a numeric value in the range 1-9. Up to 10 destinations can be configured.
Destination translation number is dependent upon the originating telephone area e.g. calls from England may be routed to one destination whilst calls originated in Scotland terminate at another. Destination numbers can be modified using Web interface. There is also a default translation for all calls that cannot be recognised e.g. for a mobile.

With the exception of the 96 Area Plan and the Terrestrial TV Plan all of the above IN services are modifiable by your organisation using a browser-based interface. This is a secure interface that is accessible using either secure dial-up or digital certificates.
